Brie - This Brie is not stabilized and does not have preservatives added..approximately 5 oz. wheels in wooden boxes
Coulommier - A delicate French cheese considered the little brother of Brie..approximately 5oz. wheels
Cheese Spreads - Boursin, Dilly and Horseradish in 8oz tubs.

Piermont - This is a delicate yet tangy semi-soft cheese.
Swaledale - This is a traditionally clothbound English farmhouse (cheddar style) cheese with a semi-dry texture and a long deep finish.
Gruyere - Swiss Alpine cheese famous for fondue but good as a table cheese.
Manch-vegas - Our strongest cheese based on the Spanish sheep's milk cheese called Manchego, this cow's milk cheese is wonderful grated over just about anything and makes a great snack.
